Welcome to Picture Me Please! By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

• Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

• No services will be provided until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule one time with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments.

3. Event Requirements

• Client must provide adequate space for setup and operation of the photo booth.

• Access to a power source may be required.

• Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth services.

​

4. Setup & Breakdown

• Setup and breakdown times are included unless otherwise stated.

• We will arrive prior to the scheduled start time to ensure timely service.

5. Use of Equipment

• Clients and guests are expected to treat all equipment with care.

• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional actions may result in additional charges.

6. Media & Content

• Videos and photos may be shared digitally with guests.

• By using our services, you grant Picture Me Please! permission to use media for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Liability

• Picture Me Please! is not responsible for:

  • Venue restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen technical issues beyond our control

  • We will make every reasonable effort to provide uninterrupted service.

8. Overtime

• Additional time may be requested during the event, subject to availability.

• Overtime will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate.

9. Service Limitations

• While we strive to provide high-quality service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as guest participation or specific content results.

10. Agreement

 By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
